    The Carbon League, on behalf of the NYC Cooling Task Force, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to qualified portable cooling equipment vendors. We are seeking indicative pricing, product information, and vendor interest in supporting a community cooling pilot program targeting the most heat-vulnerable residents of the South Bronx in collaboration with Bronx Independent Living Services, The Point CDC and more.
